HyperCycle was founded in October 2022 by a team of seasoned professionals in AI, telecommunications and Web technologies. Their objective was to develop a decentralised peer-to-peer network for multi-agent systems, connecting AI entities directly without intermediaries. This framework aims to advance artificial intelligence, fostering global collaboration and enabling millions to engage in the economic opportunities of AI.
HyperCycle, led by co-founder Toufi Saliba, advocates for a decentralised and open approach to achieving AGI and ASI, ensuring that wealth creation is accessible to as many people as possible.

HyperPG, or the Provenance Gateway, serves an important element within the HyperCycle ecosystem. It ensures that diverse components and stakeholders from data centers providers to node operators and node owners operate cohesively, optimizing the performance and efficiency of the HyperCycle network.
HyperAppliance
HyperAppliance represents the gateway to the AI economy for everyone with internet and electricity. It offers a plug-and-play device called HyperAppliance designed to run HyperCycle nodes and enables retail participants to seamlessly participate, contribute, and benefit from the AI economy. This branch oversees the production, distribution, and operational functionality of the HomePortal.
Kor/Accel
Kor/Accel, the venture arm of HyperCycle, concentrates on supporting hardware and software or AI startups. It bridges the gap between innovation and market needs by connecting startups with cloud partners and providing them with immediate opportunities for growth and traction.
